RULES AND REGULATIONS:

1. We shall indemnify and hold harmless the Petrolia & Enniskillen Agricultural Society, their members, agents and employees from and against all claims, demands, losses, costs damages, actions, suits or proceedings by any third parties that may arise out of, or may attribute to all operations performed or carried out by this concessionaire, he/she/they may be held liable howsoever caused.

2. Two (2)-Three Day Gate Passes will be issued.

Having a copy of the Rules, Regulations and Conditions for Commercial Exhibits and Concessions and having completely read and understood same, I/We hereby agree to abide with these Rules as printed.

PROOF OF LIABILITY INSURANCE IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,000,000.00 must be provided prior to Fair set-up.
