operation at the Petrolia & Enniskillen Fall Fair, Sept. 7, 8, 9, 2007 subject to the Rules, Regulations and Conditions governing concessions for 2007, which accompanies this agreement, and becomes part thereof.

RULES AND REGULATIONS:

1. We shall indemnify and hold harmless the Petrolia & Enniskillen Agricultural Society, their members, agents and employees from and against all claims, demands, losses, costs damages, actions, suits or proceedings by any third parties that may arise out of, or may attribute to all operations performed or carried out by this concessionaire, he/she/they may be held liable howsoever caused.

2.  Two (2)-Gate Passes per day will be issued.

Having a copy of the Rules, Regulations and Conditions for Commercial Exhibits and Concessions and having completely read and understood same, I/We hereby agree to abide with these Rules a printed.

One copy of this contract must be signed, accompanies with deposit and returned to the Society address listed above by September 1, 2007 or this agreement becomes null and void.
Proof of Public Liability insurance must be provided prior to Fair set-up.
